Holistic Health & Beyond Shipping Policy

 

Our Guarantee

 

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the unused portion of the product(s) in its original container for a full product refund! No questions asked, no hassles!  You will only be responsible for shipping and handling (requires UPS traceable shipping). Returns must be received within 30 days from original purchase.

Directions and Conditions for refund:

 

  • The customer must contact Holistic Health & Beyond: support@holistichealthandbeyond.com end_of_the_skype_highlightingand request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
  • The customer must contact Holistic Health & Beyond and ship the merchandise within 30 days from the date that the product was ordered.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.

 

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Holistic Health & Beyond on a case by case basis.

Do not return products to Holistic Health & Beyond after 30 days have passed without contacting us first! Packages received without an RMA number after 30 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!

Cancelled Orders:

 

Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly. If the customer cancels the order after the product is shipped, the package must be returned to us before a refund is given.

Unopened Defective**:


A full 100% refund of the purchase price will be immediately issued, including all shipping costs, upon receipt of your return.

**Defective is defined as damaged pill blister, crushed, broken or deformed pills, visible condensation, broken seal, severe discoloring or other deformity. This does not include external packaging (box) damage.


Beloved Canadian Customers:


At this time we are unable to ship herbal supplements to Canada due to product licensing laws.  We are working to remedy this.  We can, however, ship a number of products that are not considered supplements.  This includes all of our natural body & hair products, all of our essential oils, all of our teas, a number of our natural remedies (those that aren’t taken internally), all of our home health, as well as a number of our nutritional products (foods).  To get a full list of products that can be shipped, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@holistichealthandbeyond.com .  Thank you for your patience in this matter.
